Letter from Autumn

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years—first as a trainer in the gym and now creating at-home fitness and nutrition programs for Beachbody. Every year, I see people commit to their New Year’s resolutions, and every year I see them abandon those resolutions within a few weeks. The problem is, when you fall into the “all-or-nothing” mentality, quitting is inevitable because we know that eventually life will get in the way.

So this year, I’m stepping in to help you resist that mentality. Instead of focusing on an arbitrary resolution with a January 1st start date, I want to help you take control of what it takes to achieve your short and long-term goals. In 2021, let’s commit to abandoning our traditional New Year’s resolutions and instead commit to adopting a healthy, balanced lifestyle—one where we’re motivated to do the things we know are good for us! And that will help make us feel so good, it will create momentum to keep going, so we never have to think about creating a New Year’s resolution again...because we’re living the lifestyle every day.

Take the pledge with me to take back control of your life—no arbitrary start dates anymore. Someday is not a day of the week. WE START TODAY. Today is the day we start living our best lives. NO RESOLUTIONS in 2021!

Expect there to be triumphs and set backs. If you’re truly serious, if you’re playing to win you don’t wait.

Common resolutions people make each year often include learning a new skill, quitting smoking, finding a new job, and spending more time with family. But the top three resolutions are usually around health, weight loss, and fitness goals. That's where I can help.
